Data we collect
There are two kinds of information in play. Do you keep any record of the guides I read?
Only in aggregate. We see that an ingredient page was opened a number of times; we do not keep a list matching a named person to the pages they read. Nothing is linked to the email address you used in a message.
Can I ask you to delete a message I already sent?
Yes. Write from the same address, ask for the message to be removed, and we will delete it and confirm. You do not need to give a reason — a sentence is fine.
Is my data used to decide which products I see?
No. There is no personalization engine and no automated decision-making that changes what you see. Comparisons of natural capsules for strength and vitality, and every other guide, read the same for everyone.
Does sending a message sign me up for anything?
It does not. Contact form details are used for the reply and nothing else, and we keep no marketing list to add you to. If you write again later, that is your choice, not an automatic sign-up.
